Summary
This pilot study tests whether wearing a knee extension brace for the first 72 hours after total knee replacement can reduce pain and improve recovery. 106 participants will be randomly assigned to either the brace or standard care with early movement. The main goal is to see if a larger trial is possible, but researchers will also measure pain, function, and complications.
