First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether the Klapp Method—a set of crawling and breathing exercises—can improve posture and reduce neck disability in people with Upper Cross Syndrome, a common condition causing forward head posture and rounded shoulders. Forty adults aged 18 to 40 will be randomly assigned to either the Klapp Method or standard physical therapy for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in neck angle, posture score, and neck function.
