First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding kinesio taping to Pilates exercises helps people with non-specific low back pain. 54 adults aged 30-55 with at least moderate pain for a month took part. Researchers measured core muscle thickness, pain, posture, thinking, and mental fatigue. The goal was to see if the combination works better than placebo taping or Pilates alone.
