First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special taping technique on the lower back can reduce pain and improve daily function in people with long-term low back pain. Sixty adults aged 18 to 65 with nonspecific chronic low back pain will receive either a fascia-focused tape or a standard muscle tape, applied twice a week for two weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and tissue thickness using ultrasound before and after treatment.
