Summary
This study is testing a new treatment to help kidney transplant patients accept their new organ and potentially stop taking anti-rejection drugs for good. It involves a special radiation treatment and an infusion of stem cells from the same sibling who donated the kidney. The goal is to train the patient's immune system to tolerate the new kidney without needing lifelong medication.
