Summary

This study aims to understand why kidney disease happens, gets worse, or leads to complications like infections or heart problems. Researchers will follow 5,000 adult patients with or at risk for kidney disease for 10 years, collecting blood and urine samples. They will analyze these samples to find molecular patterns that might predict who is most at risk, with the goal of improving future care.
