Summary

This study tests whether a ketone ester supplement can improve exercise ability and heart function in people with type 2 diabetes. About 30 adults will take either the supplement or a placebo and undergo heart MRI scans and quality-of-life surveys. The goal is to see if this simple drink can help manage diabetes-related heart issues.
