Summary
This study tests whether a special high-fat, low-carb diet (ketogenic diet) can help 30 children and young adults with brain tumors lose at least 5% of their body weight over 24 months. Participants have central obesity caused by their tumor or its treatment. The diet aims to improve weight and metabolic health where standard treatments have failed.
