NCT ID NCT06681948

Summary

This study tested whether a special high-fat, low-carb diet (called a ketogenic diet or JT821) could help people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Participants were randomly assigned to follow either this diet or a regular diet for 26 weeks. Researchers measured changes in memory, thinking skills, and daily life abilities to see if the diet made a difference.
