Summary

This study tests whether the JoyPop app can help 110 teens aged 12-17 in Canada better manage their emotions and reduce depression, anxiety, and stress while they wait for mental health services. Participants will either use the app or continue with usual care. The goal is to see if the app provides a helpful bridge during long wait times.
