Summary
This study will track 3,000 adults in China with a type of heart failure called HFpEF who are starting the drug Jardiance. Researchers want to see how well the drug works and if it causes any side effects in everyday use, not in a controlled lab setting. The goal is to learn more about real-world outcomes for this group.
