Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing a daily pill called JAB-21822 (Glecirasib) in 88 people with advanced pancreatic cancer or other solid tumors that have a specific KRAS G12C mutation. Participants must have already tried standard treatments without success. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors, and researchers will also track how long any response lasts.
