Summary
This study tests a new, non-surgical procedure called Endoscopic Radial Compression Gastroplasty (ERCG) that uses a clip-and-loop system to reduce stomach size, helping with weight loss. It is for Chinese adults aged 18-65 with a BMI of 24.0-37.4 who have not succeeded with diet and exercise alone. Participants will either receive the ERCG procedure plus lifestyle coaching or a sham procedure plus lifestyle coaching, and weight loss will be tracked for 6 months.
