Summary
This study tests a drug called ivonescimab given before surgery for high-risk kidney cancer that hasn't spread. The drug helps the immune system attack cancer and may also block blood vessel growth to tumors. About 31 people will take part to see if the drug shrinks tumors and how safe it is.
