New approach to ease IVF pain shows promise
NCT ID NCT05591521
Summary
This study tested whether a new pain management protocol could better help women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF). Researchers compared 206 patients using the new approach to data from previous patients to see if it reduced pain during treatment. The study focused particularly on women with endometriosis, who often experience more pain, but included all IVF patients to improve overall comfort.
