Summary
This study aims to develop a new way to measure how well the sinuses work in people with chronic sinusitis. About 30 adults with chronic sinusitis and a recent bacterial infection will take the drug ivacaftor. The main goal is to see if a special test can detect changes in sinus function, not to treat the disease itself.
