Summary

This study tests a new drug called IPN10200 for adults with arm muscle stiffness (spasticity) after a stroke or traumatic brain injury. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose to reduce muscle tightness. About 240 participants will receive either the new drug, a similar approved drug (Dysport), or a placebo. The study is currently recruiting.
