New weapon against advanced cancers: first human trial begins
NCT ID NCT05143970
Summary
This is the first human study testing a new drug called IPH5301 for people with advanced cancers that have spread. The trial has two parts: first finding the safest dose of IPH5301 alone, then testing it combined with standard chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. It's for adults with certain advanced cancers who have already tried other treatments without success.
