Summary

This study tests whether a daily nasal spray containing insulin and glutathione can safely improve thinking and movement in people with Parkinson's disease. About 56 adults with Parkinson's will receive either the active spray or a placebo for several months, while continuing their usual medications. The goal is to see if this add-on therapy helps with verbal fluency and motor function.
