Summary
This study tested an internet-based mindfulness program for adults with depression. 116 participants were randomly assigned to either the mindfulness training or usual care. The goal was to see if the program could reduce depressive symptoms and improve well-being, and to understand how it works. Results will show if this accessible, low-cost approach is an effective option for managing depression.
