Summary

This study tested a 6-week internet-based mindfulness program for adults with depression. 116 participants were randomly assigned to the program or usual care. The goal was to see if the program reduces depressive symptoms and improves well-being, and to understand how mindfulness skills like awareness and acceptance lead to change.
