Sleep help for those who need it most: new study compares remote therapies

Summary

This study aims to help socioeconomically disadvantaged adults who struggle with insomnia. Researchers will compare two types of behavioral therapy delivered remotely (by phone or video) to see if a shorter treatment works as well as the standard longer one. 350 adults from primary care clinics will participate, with the goal of improving sleep and quality of life.
