Can better sleep ease UC symptoms? new online therapy trial aims to find out
NCT ID NCT07428629
Summary
This small pilot study is testing if an online sleep therapy program, specially adapted for people with ulcerative colitis (UC), can help improve their insomnia. Twenty adults with active UC and significant sleep problems will try the program, which involves five video visits and daily sleep tracking over about two months. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable to participants, while also measuring any changes in their sleep quality.
