First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a digital sleep platform that offers different levels of help based on how severe a person's insomnia symptoms are. Over 1,000 adults in Hong Kong with mild sleep issues will take part. The goal is to see if this stepped-care approach can prevent full-blown insomnia and improve sleep quality.

Cognitive behavioral prevention program for insomnia (CBP-I)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could provide an effective, scalable way to prevent insomnia in adults with mild symptoms, reducing the need for more intensive treatments.
What could go wrong
