Summary
This study looks at older adults (50+) with PTSD and ongoing insomnia. After a talk therapy for PTSD, those with remaining sleep issues will get a non-drug sleep program. Researchers will check if this improves sleep, PTSD symptoms, heart health markers like blood pressure, and quality of life over six months.
