This study tested a new method called the inforatio technique to help heal diabetic foot ulcers. The technique involves making tiny cuts in the wound to trigger the body's natural healing response. The trial included 100 adults with diabetes and foot ulcers that had not healed for at least 6 weeks. The main goal was to see if this approach leads to complete healing of the ulcer.
