Summary
This Phase 3 study tested whether the drug infigratinib could help children with achondroplasia (the most common form of dwarfism) grow faster. The trial involved 114 children and teenagers aged 3 to 18 who took either the drug or a placebo. Researchers measured changes in height, body proportions, and overall health to see if the treatment was effective and safe.
