First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests whether a patient navigator—a guide who helps with appointments, insurance, and paperwork—can speed up infertility care for underserved patients at Boston Medical Center. About 40 people will receive navigator help, and their progress will be compared to similar patients from the previous year. The goal is to see if this support reduces wait times and improves access to fertility treatments.
