Summary
This study tests a drug called inebilizumab in children aged 2 to 17 with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), a rare disease that causes inflammation in the eyes and spinal cord. The goal is to see how the drug moves through the body, how safe it is, and whether it can help control the disease and prevent relapses. Participants must have had recent disease activity and test positive for a specific antibody.
