Summary

This study is testing a medication called inebilizumab in children aged 2 to 18 who have a rare autoimmune disease that attacks the nerves in the eyes and spinal cord. Researchers want to understand how the drug behaves in children's bodies, how safe it is, and if it helps control the disease by preventing flare-ups. The study will follow about 15 children for up to 80 weeks, including treatment and follow-up periods.
