Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new treatment called C-CAR168 for people with autoimmune diseases like multiple sclerosis, lupus, and myasthenia gravis that have not improved with standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to target and attack faulty immune cells that cause the disease. The main goal is to check the safety of this approach and find the right dose.
