First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study examined how indoor air quality impacts breathing symptoms and lung function in 165 school-aged children (6-12 years old) who were born prematurely and have bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), a chronic lung disease. Researchers measured respiratory symptoms and lung function, and compared them to home environmental exposures.
