Summary

This study tested a simple web platform called Adhere.ly that helps therapists encourage clients to practice therapy skills between sessions (homework). 79 adults with anxiety or depression and their therapists took part. The goal was to see if using the tool improved symptoms and quality of life compared to standard therapy alone.
