Can a simple chest test spot hidden heart damage before it's too late?
NCT ID NCT07230964
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early study looks at whether a non-invasive test called impedance cardiography (the HYPERGRAPH test) can detect early signs of heart failure in people with aortic stenosis, a condition where the heart's main valve narrows. Researchers will compare the test results with heart MRI scans in 6 adults who have not had a heart attack or certain other heart conditions. The goal is to see if the HYPERGRAPH test can reliably identify when the heart is struggling, which could lead to earlier treatment.
