Summary
This study aimed to find the best length of immunotherapy treatment for people with advanced cancers. It enrolled 161 patients whose cancer had remained stable after one year of treatment. Researchers randomly assigned participants to either stop their immunotherapy or continue it, then compared how long their cancer stayed under control in both groups.
