NCT ID NCT07354971

First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at how immunotherapy for advanced solid cancers changes a person's physical fitness and daily well-being. About 67 adults will take fitness tests and fill out quality-of-life surveys before starting treatment and again 12 weeks later. Researchers will also track long-term outcomes like survival and disease progression for up to 24 months. The goal is to understand natural fitness changes during immunotherapy and to help design future exercise programs that might improve treatment tolerance.
