Summary

This study watches how immunotherapy affects physical fitness and daily life in 67 adults with advanced solid cancers. Participants do fitness tests and fill out questionnaires before starting treatment and again 12 weeks later. Researchers also take blood samples and follow health outcomes for up to 2 years. The goal is to understand natural fitness changes during treatment and help design future exercise programs.
