Summary
This study tests a gentle, non-invasive electromagnetic treatment to see if it can help calm overactive immune systems in people with lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or multiple sclerosis. 120 adults will receive either real or placebo sessions three times a week for 12 weeks. The goal is to reduce the number of disease flare-ups and improve symptoms without changing current medications.
