First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a drug called mirikizumab, which is already approved for other conditions, in people with schizophrenia who have a specific immune marker (AGA IgG antibodies). About 40 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 16 weeks, alongside their usual antipsychotic medication.
