NCT ID NCT02135133

First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tested a combination of two drugs, idelalisib and ofatumumab, in 27 adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who had not received prior treatment. The goal was to see if the combo could shrink or control the cancer better than either drug alone. Participants received both drugs and were monitored for response and side effects. The study is complete, and results help guide future treatment options.
