Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding the drug ibrutinib to standard radiation and chemotherapy is safe for people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. About 36 adults with specific tumor types (MGMT methylated or unmethylated) will receive different dose levels. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose and watch for side effects.
