Summary
This study tests a drug called IBI362 in 180 Chinese adolescents aged 12 to 17 who are obese or overweight and haven't lost enough weight with diet and exercise alone. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it helps reduce body mass index (BMI) safely. The trial is double-blind, meaning neither the teens nor the doctors know who gets the real drug.
