This study aims to identify biological markers that can predict how patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) will respond to a type of medication called TNF-alpha inhibitors. Researchers will collect blood and tissue samples from 100 adults, including healthy controls and IBD patients starting or already on this therapy.
