Summary
This study compares two laparoscopic hysterectomy methods (total removal vs partial removal of the uterus) in 500 women with benign conditions like fibroids or endometriosis. The goal is to see which approach leads to better quality of life and fewer complications over three years. Participants will fill out questionnaires about their symptoms, sexual function, and overall well-being before and after surgery.
