First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests a new surgical technique (urethral plate flap) against a standard method (tunica vaginalis flap) for correcting severe penile curvature in children with hypospadias. About 90 boys aged 6 months to 14 years will take part. The goal is to see if the new method works just as well while being faster and causing fewer complications.
