This study follows 106 adults with hypoparathyroidism for three years to see how the disease affects organs like the kidneys and brain. Researchers will measure kidney function and look for calcium buildup in the kidneys and brain using optional CT scans. The goal is to better understand the disease's natural course, which could help develop better treatments in the future.
