First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests an mRNA drug called XH-02 that helps the body produce parathyroid hormone (PTH) in adults with hypoparathyroidism, a condition where PTH levels are too low. The drug is given as a shot under the skin. The goal is to see if it safely improves calcium and phosphorus levels better than current treatments. About 60 adults who have not done well on standard therapy will take part.
