This study tests whether adding hypnosis to standard care helps control pain and anxiety during a knee lavage procedure for people with knee osteoarthritis. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either usual care alone or usual care plus hypnosis. The main goal is to see if hypnosis leads to lower pain scores during the procedure.
