Summary
This study tests a special education program for first-time mothers that combines hypnosis techniques with breastfeeding information. The goal is to see if it helps mothers feel more confident and motivated to breastfeed. About 80 healthy pregnant women will take part, and researchers will measure their knowledge, self-efficacy, and motivation before and after the program.
