Summary

This study looks at how drinking enough water—either plain or as non-sugary drinks—affects hydration, blood sugar control, and heart health. Researchers will track 144 adults with normal weight or obesity over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if better hydration can lower risks for diabetes and heart disease.
