NCT ID NCT07653620
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how women in three life stages—premenopausal, perimenopausal, and postmenopausal—rehydrate after an overnight fast and fluid restriction. Participants will drink either plain water or an electrolyte beverage. Researchers will measure fluid balance and other markers to see if hormonal changes affect hydration needs.
