Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HW091077 for people with a chronic cough that lasts a year or more and doesn't improve with standard treatment. About 180 adults in China will receive either the drug or a placebo daily for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure cough frequency using a monitor and track symptom changes to see if the drug is safe and effective.
