Summary
This study tests an injectable drug called HRS9531 in 140 adults with obstructive sleep apnea and obesity who do not use a breathing machine (CPAP). The goal is to see if the drug can reduce breathing pauses during sleep and help with weight loss over 52 weeks. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors will know which one they get.
